(A word about shelf life: There is not an exact formula, but our cookies are best consumed in 5-7 days – brownies last a bit longer. If you are ordering and planning on distributing these yourself, please contact us for a ship date, or plan on getting them to the recipient immediately upon receipt. The product arrived promptly and nicely packages. The cookies and brownies were very fresh, tasted like they just came out of the oven, and some of the best I have eaten. The cookies had a wonderful taste and just the right amount of chocolate. The brownies were out of this world. Very moist and the chocolate taste was amazing! This order was a taste test to see if we approved before sending out to our customers a Holiday gifts and it certainly passed the test. We will be ordering our corporate gifts from here this year.

My clients rave about these cookies and brownies….when they arrive fresh. Unfortunately even the best cookies don’t leave a good impression when they are not fresh. It’s been a week since they shipped and still have not delivered due to the USPS round-about.
The USPS is the only shipping option and is too unreliable. They give any excuse on the tracking not to deliver, on this and with other shipments like Amazon etc too. The Priority overnight shipping costs as much (or more) than the cookies themselves so it’s not really an option when sending multiple client gifts.
I would give the product and service a FIVE STARS without a doubt. The shipping ONE STAR.
Sorry for the negative review, but unfortunately shipping is the weak link that hurts this great idea/product.
Response: David – we are truly sorry for the delay. It appears that two of your orders were delivered as expected – this one likely was caught in the storm. In the future, please let us know. Sometimes we can help and if someone is ever not happy with the product – we’ll gladly replace it.
We’ve used other shippers in the past, but on balance, we get great service from our friends at the USPS.
