ROI – Return on Investment

When you send out gifts to clients or employees, the hope is that you get a return on the money you spend. While it is not always possible to know exactly, you can use this calculator to estimate the potential return on investment when you send gifts to clients for referrals, to clients for retention or to employees to help with recognition and retention.

Instructions

  • First, select the ROI Type you would like to calculate using the drop down selector.
  • In the first field, enter the value for an average sale, or the average value of keeping a customer, or the average loaded cost of the employee.
  • In the second field, enter the cost of the gift you are planning to send. You can easily search by cost on our site, or simply put in some budgetary number, like ’30’.
  • In the final field, enter the number of gifts you’ll send to achieve your result. For example, when looking to get an extra referral, put in how many gifts you think you’ll need to send to get a referral – for example, 10.

NOTE: Enter only numbers in each field. Do not enter a ‘$’ or a comma.
